This new build apartment complex of one and two bedroom apartments in Cork City provides perfect city centre living for processionals and investors alike. This high performance complex complies with Energy Performance regulations, European Fire and Safety standards and offers’ disabled access and shared amenity space.

This project saw the demolition of an old 1960’s city centre dairy depot, replaced by seven modern apartments’ around a central courtyard and amenity space. This project incorporates good urban design with private outside space, plus a central communal courtyard. The project complies with stringent fire safety legislation and provides safe zones for disabled and abled bodied alike. There is a central amenity space with cycle racks and disabled access with automated secure entry system.

A challenging build due to its busy city centre location. The development site was flanked by residential buildings and trading businesses. This required careful and precise planning, strong logistics along with collaborative communication with local businesses and home owners. The project required collaborative partnership working with Cork City Council, city planners and surveyors’, roads & transportation, together with utility and service providers. This project was completed on time and to budget, and finished to exacting standards with the minimum disruption to trading businesses and city centre transport links.
