A contemporary build commanding a prominent position in Summercove, Kinsale. This build maximises natural light and spacious open plan living with fantastic harbour views, beautifully framed in this contemporary design. This build was finished to the very highest standards, marrying new build materials and technologies, with more traditional materials and craftsmanship. This luxurious home is now a jewel in Kinsales' harbour ring of prestigious homes, receiving much local and media acclaim.

This project saw the demolition of an earlier 1980’s extension and the excavation of the adjoining site and the construction of a luxurious new build seamlessly joining the original town house. This contemporary new build was challenging due to its topography and access restrictions, requiring strong logistics, site safety and project management skills. This new build incorporates beautiful landscaped outside spaces, additional parking and secure entry system.

This exciting build was very finely detailed and precisely specified to demanding standards. The rendered exterior pillars blend into the modern front elevation and perfectly frame the expansive harbour views. This spacious and light-field bespoke home now flows seamlessly into the completely modernised and renovated interior of the original town house.
