Sustainability

Joe Neville Construction is committed to sustainability. In order to help reduce our dependence on non-renewable resources, we work together with planners, engineers, architects and our clients to create structures that promote sustainability during the life cycle of the project and the building. By minimising site and office waste, recommending sustainable materials’ and ordering supplies efficiently, we are committed to being as sustainable as possible. We ensure the efficient use of construction materials and fabrications on every project. We are committed to reducing the carbon footprint of our business. We are experienced in achieving top ratings in air-tightness tests’ and compliance with part L of the regulations. We are committed to building energy efficient structures and are experienced in all aspects of employing efficient heating, ventilation and lighting systems, insulation methods, environmentally friendly waste management systems and the use of renewable technologies. Our goal is to minimise the environmental impact of our business and to encourage sustainability during the life-cycle of the build.
