"Restoring the Past and Building the Future Together."
Joe Neville has a well-established reputation for its sensitive and detailed approach to restoring, conserving and converting period buildings. We understand that because of a buildings’ historical interest, architectural style and period design, it is very important to ensure that all repairs and refurbishments are carried out with care to match the original character, form and décor of the building. Where necessary original materials and methods may need to be employed and new build materials closely match to the original, maintaining the integrity of the building. We take great pleasure in breathing new life into old buildings and improving their performance.
We have extensive restoration experience with a wide variety of architectural styles. We have restored and renovated; Churches, Presbyteries, Diocesan offices, Victorian and Georgian townhouses, Georgian retail premises, period Coach and Gate houses, plus traditional Cottages and Industrial buildings over the past fifty years. All of our restoration projects reflect the need to match materials and methods where appropriate, to the existing buildings’ properties and the buildings’ heritage.
We employ a workforce of highly skilled trades’ people with the necessary traditional building skills and craftsmanship essential for successful restoration and building conservation.
